Dowsyn PAO - high viscosity PAO
Dowsyn PAO is a high viscosity poly alpha olefin fluid. It is manufactured by the polymerization of alphaolefins. Dowsyn PAO has excellent oxidation resistance, shear stability, low pour point, low volatility and a high flash point and is completely compatible with a wide range of synthetic and mineral base oils. Dowsyn mPAO – metallocene PAO
Dowsyn mPAOs are an advanced ultra-high viscosity metallocene polyalphaolefin base oil with excellent shear stability and high-low temperature performance. It can be used as Viscosity Index Improver (VII) in engine oils.
Advantages:
- proprietary Dowsyn metallocene catalyst process,
- ultra-high viscosity (600 and 1000 cSt at 100°C),
- uniform, comb-like structure with absence of short side chains,
- good shear stability with narrow molecular weight distribution,
- higher VI for low and high-temperature performance,
- lower pour point for increased flow in cold environments.
